This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team at OCS as a Cleaning Supervisor. As a supervisor at OCS, you will be at the front line of the operation and play a key role in the management and delivery of service to our client. Working closely with the Duty Manager, you’ll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards.

You will need to be able to effectively and accurately deliver instructions and training to your team, so being an excellent communicator is a must, as well as being able to identify improvements and successes within your team.

Requirements

  • Desire to lead a team and oversee tasks
  • Flexible with working hours and days
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work load
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focused with good attention to detail
  • Can-Do and happy to help attitude
  • Comfortable delivering instructions
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Understanding of COSH and risk assessment (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role (Desirable)
  • Previous experience working in cleaning (Desirable)
  • Previous experience of working with members of the public (Desirable)
  • Passing GSCE Grades (or equivalent) in: English, Maths (Desirable)
