Clinical UGI experience
Completed CCST/CESR or equivalent
Experience of on call duties at middle grade level
Postgraduate level training in General Surgery and UGI Surgery
Experience of UGI surgery in a tertiary unit
Evidence of participation in Research and Clinical Governance
Experience in resectional and benign Upper GI
Evidence of effective team and multidisciplinary working
Effective and demonstrable communication skills in written and spoken English
Up to date with current medical practices
Ability to take appropriate clinical decisions
Research and interests relevant to specialty
