- Training course: Early years educator (level 3)
- Training schedule:
- On-the-Job Training: You will work in an early year's setting, applying what you are learning in a practical environment.
- Off-the-Job Study: You will undertake formal study through a college or training provider to gain the required knowledge.
- End-Point Assessment (EPA): At the end of the apprenticeship, you will undergo an assessment to demonstrate your competence. This typically includes:
- Professional Discussion: A discussion with an assessor, supported by a portfolio of evidence from your work
- Knowledge Test: An assessment to test your theoretical knowledge
- Practical Observation: An observation of your work with children

- Attend monthly virtual masterclasses with other students doing the same apprenticeship and the skills coach
- Off the job training
- Assignments set that have to be recorded
