Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Keen attention to detail and take pride in your work

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Transferrable skills are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier invoices, expenses claims and customer billing with care and attention to detail
  • Building positive relationships with suppliers and customers by managing queries effectively
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Supporting payment processing and cash management activities
  • Contributing to process improvements and sharing creative solutions
