As a Grind floor staff member, you will be quick on your feet, confident in delivering our Grind steps of service and never mind getting your hands dirty!

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a restaurant (or similar) customer-focused environment
• Clear understanding of what it takes to deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure and use initiative
• Strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with colleagues and customers
• Ability to problem solve and escalate complaints accordingly
• Dedicated team-player, who strives for excellence and leads by example
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills

• Provide a memorable experience for any and every customer that visits
• Maintain a positive and friendly approach to colleagues and customers
• Possess a full understanding of Grind Steps of Service and all relevant product knowledge
• Deliver exemplary service in line with our Steps of Service procedures
• Adhere to company values and rules of professional conduct
• Wear full and correct uniform always
• Undertake regular training programs
• Work to support a busy team and contribute to team-driven results
