This position is offered on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract and is Full Time working between 40 and 47.5 hours per week.

Requirements

• Mechanical Knowledge/Experience
• General DIY – Building works, Plumbing, woodwork, etc
• Good with Hand tools & power tools – drills, grinders, jigsaw
• Safety Conscious as sole worker on tasks
• Some formal Qualifications would be ideal – NVQ in Mechanical works/fitting/Joinery
• Welding would be beneficial, but not essential
• Self motivated

Responsibilities

• Mobile Plant works – Replacing blades, wipers, etc
• Dealing with all PMF issues
• Site facilities works – Drilling, signage/netting, plumbing, brickwork, doors/handles, locks, barriers
• Stores / stock audits
• General DIY
• Ad hoc works
