Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you will provide strategic and operational HR support within a fast-paced investment management environment. This is a broad, high-impact role covering organisational effectiveness, talent, workforce planning, employee relations and performance. You will play a key role in enabling high performance, supporting growth, and shaping culture across the firm.

Requirements

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience within Financial Services (investment management preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and FCA/SMCR requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • 'Hands on' experience leading recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insight
  • Confident managing complex ER cases
  • Experience partnering with European teams or working within a mid-sized, high-performance organisation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning and oversee recruitment activity for designated areas
  • Drive talent and succession planning, identifying capability gaps and retention risks
  • Advise on organisational design, change initiatives and leadership effectiveness
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound commercial judgement
  • Support performance and compensation cycles in partnership with Reward
  • Use people data and engagement insights to inform decision-making and drive action
