IGT is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst – SuccessFactors Security & RBP to play a key role in keeping our SuccessFactors environment secure, efficient, and audit-ready. You’ll lead the charge in managing user access, designing and maintaining Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and strengthening global security controls across the platform. From supporting audits to ensuring compliance and governance standards are met, you’ll be at the center of protecting and optimizing our HR systems — making sure the right people have the right access at the right time, every time.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external HRIS team members to ensure strong governance and effective change control across the SuccessFactors environment.
- Support audits and access reviews by monitoring audit logs and providing clear analysis and documentation around user permissions.
- Track and report on incident resolution related to HRIS support tickets and system issues.
- Design, configure, and manage Role-Based Permission (RBP) structures across all SuccessFactors modules, including country-specific requirements.
- Ensure all roles follow best practices such as least privilege and proper segregation of duties.
- Help drive continuous improvement within the HR systems landscape.
- Perform regular RBP audits, access reviews, and risk assessments while maintaining thorough and organized documentation.
- Review and strengthen change management processes across SuccessFactors modules.
- Maintain detailed documentation for RBP structures, workflows, and approval processes.
- Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOC, and SOX, as applicable.
- Participate in internal and external audits, gathering evidence and supporting mitigation plans when needed.
- Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance teams to ensure platform controls align with enterprise standards.
- Coordinate biannual SuccessFactors releases and upgrades, assessing impact, supporting testing, and communicating updates.
- Monitor overall system health, review logs, and troubleshoot performance or access-related issues to ensure a secure and stable environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and how they translate into system design and security.
- Extensive hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and related applications.
- Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and the broader SuccessFactors landscape.
- Comfortable partnering with Compliance teams, InfoSec, and business stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central (and other module) certifications are a plus.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, IT security principles, and HRIS best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment and managing multiple priorities.
