As a junior front of house manager at wagamama, you’ll be right there in the action, keeping service smooth, stepping up when it gets busy, and backing your team so every guest leaves wanting to return.

Requirements

  • Passionate about supporting your team and helping others be the best they can be, while maintaining high standards
  • Ready to run shifts, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team and coaching on the go
  • Understand managing labour and rotas, always ready to learn about the financial performance of your restaurant
  • Great at recognising great performance on shift and know how to celebrate this with your team

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
  • Nurturing a place where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up
  • Mentoring your team and helping them grow
  • Jumping into sections, solving problems, and keeping pace
  • Thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
