Responsible for the complete management of warehouse processes (Inbound or Outbound) on a specific shift or multiple shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Employee and performance management experience
• Advanced English skills
• Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
• Availability to work on a 3x2 scale (3 days of work with 3 days off, 2 days of work with 2 days off)
• 12-hour shifts (day shift: 06h to 18h or night shift: 18h to 05h)
• Availability to work on weekends
• Ability to lift up to 22kg
• Walk long distances in the warehouse
• Stand for up to 12 hours
• Adapt to different environmental conditions
• Access all areas of the building (stairs, sailor ladders)

• Lead team of Area Managers and associates in operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance of the operation
• Achieve and exceed operational goals
• Develop strategic planning and forecasts
• Mentoring and team development
• Implement process improvements
