As a People Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering flexible, high‑quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes being the first point of contact for People queries, ensuring our systems and data are accurate, and producing key People metrics to support decision‑making.
You will help drive our People plans, support a values‑led culture, and ensure that everything we do keeps colleagues at the heart of the agenda.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Awareness of HR processes, data protection (GDPR) and People best practice
- Level 2 Business Administration or similar
- Experience within HR/People administration or the food/manufacturing sector is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
- Act as the first point of contact for People queries, offering clear and timely guidance
- Maintain accurate People data, systems and records
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, contracts, and leaver administration
- Assist with People projects, engagement activities and internal communications
- Help coordinate audits, ensuring People information is compliant and up‑to‑date
- Produce People metrics and reports to support decision‑making
