You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products at our site using the best technology and techniques whilst ensuring you put health and safety at the heart of everything you do! You'll mainly work with concrete products, operating press machinery, hand-powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site.

Requirements

• Experience working in a busy Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential
• Forklift truck license and experience would be advantageous
• Good group working spirit
• Flexibility on shift rotation or night shift experience will be required
• Computer user - basic knowledge required
• Safe to Supervise or IOSH qualification would be advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Work on average 43 hours per week on a three-shift system (with an extra 1.75 hours, 1 day in the week for improvement work and training)
• Operate press machinery, hand-powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks
• Move stock around the site
