As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll play a vital role in our fire safety remediation and recladding projects. You'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice for residents, ensuring clear communication between our project teams and those affected by our work. This nurturing role combines exceptional people skills with organised project coordination to create a positive experience during essential building improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused role with a genuine passion for providing caring, attentive service
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Well-organised with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence
- Enjoy building relationships and creating a supportive atmosphere during periods of change
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and keen attention to detail when handling documentation
Responsibilities
- Being the friendly first point of contact for resident queries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and compassionately
- Keeping residents informed about upcoming works, safety protocols, and schedule changes with clear, timely communications
- Building warm relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders to foster trust throughout the project
- Coordinating access arrangements between residents and our delivery team, ensuring all parties feel comfortable and informed
- Maintaining detailed records of resident interactions and providing insightful feedback to the project team
