This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced operator who treats the business as their own. • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, upmarket hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Commercially minded, with solid financial and operational acumen
• Confident managing VIP guests and high-profile stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
