As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of Home Bargains, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards. Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. We ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of Home Bargains, providing enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support your team to maintain high standards across the store by watering plants, baking fresh goods, stocking shelves, or keeping displays and workspaces clean.
- Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and swiftly getting stock out on the shelves.
- Be trained across multiple areas of the business, handling tills, managing cash transactions, restocking shelves, and adapting to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
