Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Brighton. We have permanent full-time and part-time positions available (37.5 hours per week).
Your role is to help people live as independently as possible and to enjoy a great life.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Holding a full UK driving licence is essential for this role. You need to be comfortable driving people to various destinations, ensuring they can access all the places they wish to go.
