Job responsibilities
- Cooperate with sales to visit customers, promote product technology and product usage plans;
- Provide customers with robot application technical support, communicate and solve technical problems encountered by customers;
- Assist customers in repairing product software and hardware failures, and train customers in daily operation, use, and maintenance;
- Understand customer needs and on-site problems, communicate with product managers and formulate feasible solutions;
- Collect customer feedback and assist R&D engineers to improve products。 Requirement
- Have local legal work status; computer-related majors are preferred
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, after-sales, and after-sales maintenance;
- Language ability;English/Chinese, able to communicate and correspond to local customers;
- Understand basic electrical knowledge and motor drive control principles;
- Familiar with Linux platform experience is preferred; working experience in robotics, such as ROS is preferred;
- Can accept frequent short-term business trips;
- Work seriously and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have pressure tolerance; have good communication/coordination skills; have a good sense of service and responsibility。 Skill Requirement
