รายละเอียดงาน
- รับสาย/โอนสาย ทั้งสายภายในและภายนอก
- ต้อนรับผู้ที่มาติดต่อประจำวัน – บริการรับข้อความเพื่อส่งต่อให้พนักงานแผนกต่างๆ
- ดูแลทรัพย์สิน อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ขึ้นทะเบียน ทำบัญชีรับ-จ่าย ทำรายงานสรุป
- จัดซื้อวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง และเครื่องมือช่างรวมทั้งตรวจสอบและสรุปรายงาน
- ดูแลการเบิก-จ่าย วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง ตัดสต็อกสินค้า พร้อมทำรายงานสรุป และยอดคงเหลือในแต่ละวัน
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของแม่บ้าน-รปภ.
- เตรียมของไหว้ศาลพระพรหมตอนเช้า (ทุกวันพฤหัสบดี)
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของอาคาร สถานที่
- ปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ทำงานวันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ 8.00-17.30 น. หยุดวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์

- บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้ม รักในงานบริการ(Service Mind) และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- ความจำดี มีทักษะในการตอบคำถาม – แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms Word, Ms Excel ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
