Role Overview
Kalea Ventures is a frontier-tech focused VC investing in Physical AI, autonomous technology, and next-gen deep tech startups. We are looking for a VC & Marketing Fellow to support our investment team and brand marketing operations. This role blends venture research, deal sourcing, and fund marketing/brand content — perfect for candidates looking for hands-on VC exposure + tech marketing experience.
Compensation Note
This fellowship/internship role is unpaid, with a competitive internship stipend provided for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
VC Investment Support
- Source and screen early-stage deep tech / AI / physical AI startup deals
- Conduct industry research, market mapping, trend analysis, and investment thesis updates
- Assist due diligence, data compilation, and internal investment memo drafting
Fund Marketing & Content Operations
- Manage KV’s social media & LinkedIn content publishing, including industry updates, deal news, firm highlights, and market insights
- Write and edit short articles, market snapshots, weekly/monthly industry newsletters
- Support brand building, community operation, and ecosystem outreach with founders, incubators, and institutional partners
- Assist event coordination, online sharing materials, and basic visual content copywriting

Ecosystem & Ad-hoc Support
- Support investor & founder communication, meeting follow-ups, and documentation
- Track portfolio updates and organize industry intelligence archives
