職務内容
- 財務コントローラーの指示に基づく SAP関連業務（日本語対応含む）
- 仕入先請求書の入力および支払処理
- 売上請求書の作成、売掛金管理
- 銀行勘定調整および月次決算仕訳の入力
- 固定資産管理および年次監査対応のサポート
- 予算策定・財務分析のサポート
- VAT申告および従業員経費精算のサポート
- 請求書類の管理・保管
- 日本本社との連絡・調整業務
- その他、財務・経理関連の一般事務業務
応募要件
- 英語と日本語の両方でのコミュニケーション能力（翻訳のサポートを含む）
- 財務分野での経験があれば望ましいが、必須ではない
- 企業事務の経験
- Excelの基本的なスキルが必須であり、SUMIFS、VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルなどの関数の使用経験があれば尚可。
その他
- 本ポジションはハイブリット勤務となり、週3日ハートフォードシャーのオフィス出社が必須となります。
