The Team & Role

As a Product Manager at JD.com, you'll thrive in an environment that values collaboration, ownership, and high-impact delivery within a dynamic organisation.


Key Responsibilities

📝 Requirements Analysis & Product Planning

  • Conduct market, user, and competitor research to refine business processes.
  • Author key documents: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Product Requirements Document (PRD).
  • Define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Prioritise feature development and set a clear direction.

🧩 Product Design & Implementation

  • Design prototypes and functional modules.
  • Develop requirement documents and coordinate with R&D teams.
  • Manage testing and acceptance phases.
  • Oversee on-schedule product launches.
  • Ensure features meet both business and user needs.

📊 Data-Driven Iteration & Optimization

  • Monitor product data (user behaviour, operational KPIs).
  • Analyse user feedback and competitor trends.
  • Develop optimisation strategies.
  • Improve user experience (UX) and product competitiveness.
