The Team & Role

Key Responsibilities
📝 Requirements Analysis & Product Planning
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to refine business processes.
- Author key documents: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Product Requirements Document (PRD).
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Prioritise feature development and set a clear direction.
🧩 Product Design & Implementation
- Design prototypes and functional modules.
- Develop requirement documents and coordinate with R&D teams.
- Manage testing and acceptance phases.
- Oversee on-schedule product launches.
- Ensure features meet both business and user needs.
📊 Data-Driven Iteration & Optimization
- Monitor product data (user behaviour, operational KPIs).
- Analyse user feedback and competitor trends.
- Develop optimisation strategies.
- Improve user experience (UX) and product competitiveness.
