内容策划与创意 (Content Planning & Creative)

全流程制片管理 (End-to-End Production Management)

- 统筹协调内外部资源，包括导演、摄像、演员、剪辑、美术、场地、设备等。
- 主导拍摄现场的执行与调度，把控内容质量、表演及制作细节。
