About the Role
Drive growth and enhance sales performance in the UK market through strategic planning, relationship-building, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales plans for the UK region to achieve local sales targets.
- Conduct sales activities, explore the UK market, and acquire new customer leads.
- Drive sales efforts to expand the business within the UK market, securing new clients and opportunities.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner, safeguarding the company’s brand reputation.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyse market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to execute sales initiatives effectively.

Requirements
Essential:
- Fluent English (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills) with strong communication abilities.
- Experience in sales or business development (advantageous, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, coordination, organisational, and leadership skills—with a focus on collaboration.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and local market strategies; ability to adapt quickly.
