Planning Consultant / Senior Planning Consultant
Following a busy start to 2026, we are looking to grow our planning consultancy team. We are looking for a Planning Consultant / Senior Planning Consultant to help deliver a variety of projects, with the opportunity to lead and take ownership of projects. The role would be client-facing and require the provision of clear planning advice from the early stages of a project through to planning submission, engagement with the local planning authority and relevant post-determination work.

We are a multidisciplinary practice delivering architecture, planning consultancy and quantity surveying, specialising in heritage and conservation, rural projects, sensitive sites and high-quality development.
Led by directors Angus Hutchinson, Planning Consultant; Georgie Cray, Architect / Conservation Architect; and Roy Williamson, Quantity Surveyor; together with our Practice Manager, technicians and other consultants, we are a small team focused on delivering high-quality projects and providing our clients with clear, practical advice.
