รายละเอียดงาน
จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อและการนำเข้า รวมถึงประสานงาน Freight Forwarder, Shipping ตลอดจนเอกสารจากหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ ตรวจเช็ค Invoice, Packing List, Form E ลดภาษีต่างๆ จัดซื้อและจัดหาสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ เช่น อะไหล่เครื่องจักร, เครื่องสูบน้ำ เป็นต้น เจรจาต่อรอง Supplier สร้างพันธมิตรทางการค้า ประสานงานด้านการนำเข้า (Import) เคลียร์สินค้า ตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติของศุลกากร ยื่นขอเอกสารไม่ใช้เรือไทย เอกสารใช้เรือไทย และเอกสารด้านการนำเข้าต่างๆ กับหน่วยงานราชการ เช่น สมอ., BOI, กรมเจ้าท่า เป็นต้น เจรจาต่อรอง Supplier สร้างพันธมิตรทางการค้า ติดตามการสั่งซื้อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดการจัดส่งสินค้าและความต้องการของแต่ละฝ่าย งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทำงานวันจันทร์–วันศุกร์ 8.00-17.30น. หยุดเสาร์–อาทิตย์

- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
