主な業務内容
- ネットワーク障害・サービス不具合に関する問い合わせ対応
- 障害切り分け、トラブルシューティング、および復旧対応
- 顧客への進捗報告・結果報告
- 海外拠点、通信事業者、技術チームとの連携
- チケットシステムを利用したインシデント管理
- エスカレーション対応および関連部署との調整
- 月次レポート作成
- 運用ドキュメントの更新・管理
- チーム内での情報共有およびナレッジ展開

- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
- 夜間を含むシフト制でご勤務できる方
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 顧客対応やカスタマーサポート経験歓迎
