This is an exciting time to join our 0–19 Service as we embark on a significant period of transformation designed to strengthen outcomes for children, young people, and families. We are looking for a passionate, inspirational Matron who can bring strong clinical leadership, drive quality improvement, and champion excellence across our teams.

As Matron for the 0–19 Service, you will provide visible, compassionate leadership and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality care. You will work closely with operational and clinical colleagues to shape services, embed new ways of working, and support our workforce through change.

- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across the 0–19 pathway
- Drive a culture of continuous quality improvement and innovation
- Ensure robust clinical governance and high standards of care
- Support workforce development, wellbeing, and professional growth
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Champion the voice of children, young people, and families in service design
