The Role: 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant
We seek a passionate, committed professional to provide 1-to-1 support for children, particularly those with additional needs. Your role will involve:
- Working closely with pupils to unlock their full potential, fostering confidence and progress.
- Demonstrating patience, motivational skills, and a commitment to inclusion.
- Tailoring support to individual needs—going the extra mile to make a difference.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SLT, and external agencies (where applicable).
- Adhering to safeguarding policies and maintaining child welfare standards.

Key Requirements:
- Experience (or preference) in a 1-to-1 support or similar school role.
- A warm, approachable demeanour with children and adults.
- Strong organisational skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to professional development within an ** Trust framework**.
Contract Details
- Salary: £24,796 per annum (pro rata).
- Hours: 30.8 hours/week, 38 weeks/year (including term-time only).
- Timing: Monday–Friday, 8:35am–3:15pm (30-minute lunch break).
- Contract: Fixed-term, initially until 31 August 2027.
- Reference: 5247
