- Master's Degree Stipend - $1,500.00
- Doctorate's Degree Stipend - $1,500.00
$10,000 SIGNING BONUS
The District will offer a $10,000 signing bonus to all newly hired employees. The payment shall be made as follows:
- 1st payment ($4,000) September 2026 payroll.
- 2nd payment ($6,000) Upon completion of positive evaluation.
New hire is defined as someone not currently employed in a District position.

- Mild/Moderate Credential Position requires a valid California Teaching Credential or California Teaching Commission approved document authorizing service in the assignment, including CLAD certification.
