Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance
Funding is available to support this position for 5 years.
100x Impact is a global initiative based at the LSE Marshall Institute that supports and scales social innovations capable of improving millions of lives. As 100x evolves into a global platform for insight, influence, and evidence on what enables social innovations to scale, the Insights function plays a central role in shaping how the organisation learns, improves, and contributes to wider systems change.
The Insights Manager will play a leading role in the development and delivery of 100x’s Insights strategy, with particular responsibility for building and maintaining the 100x learning system: the systematic, organisation-wide capability we need to capture, generate, structure and steward high-quality learning and data.
Responsibilities:
- Leading role in the development and delivery of 100x’s Insights strategy.
- Building and maintaining the 100x learning system.
- Designing and delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative research and insight generation activities.
- Developing or stewarding organisational frameworks, systems, or processes.
- Facilitating workshops, learning sessions, reflection processes, or collaborative design activities.
- Managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.
- Coordinating complex cross-organisational activities and processes.

Requirements:
- Significant experience working across organisational learning, research, evaluation, innovation, or insight functions.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative research and insight generation activities.
- Experience developing or stewarding organisational frameworks, systems, or processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops, learning sessions, reflection processes, or collaborative design activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to coordinate complex cross-organisational activities and processes.
- Experience contributing to or implementing data and AI approaches within research, learning, operational, or organisational contexts.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesise complex information and data into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, disciplines, and organisational functions.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
