1:1 Autism Support Assistant – City of Westminster – September 2026
Are you a patient and resilient 1:1 Autism Support Assistant looking to support a non-verbal autistic pupil in the City of Westminster? This welcoming Roman Catholic school, close to the heart of West London, is seeking a committed 1:1 Autism Support Assistant for September 2026.
1:1 Autism Support Assistant role paying £12.71 per hour + holiday pay
- Full-time, term-time only contract from September 2026
- Future teacher training may be available for the right 1:1 Autism Support Assistant
- Join a small Catholic school with around 250 pupils and a strong community feel
- Work in a school where around 36% of pupils receive SEN support
- Support an autistic pupil who is non-verbal, active and requires regular movement breaks

- Prior experience with autism, non-verbal pupils, PECS, Makaton or behaviour support would be useful
