We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the secondary phase of The Beaulieu Park School on a fixed term contract. The role is to support children with additional needs in a general classroom capacity and, in conjunction with another LSA colleague, to provide high quality support, including intimate care for a specific student.

- A caring, patient, flexible and inclusive approach, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
- A willingness to provide intimate and personal care sensitively, safely and professionally.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, families and external professionals.
- A team-focused attitude, supporting colleagues and participating in wider school life.
