1:1 Learning Support – Wandsworth – September 2026
Are you a compassionate and committed 1:1 Learning Support professional looking for a rewarding Contract opportunity in Wandsworth? Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 Learning Support for a pupil with additional learning needs.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual EHCP targets where appropriate.
- Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
- Assist with literacy, numeracy, communication and social development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Monitor progress and contribute to pupil reviews and support plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience in 1:1 Learning Support, SEN, education or child-centred settings is highly desirable.
- A patient, resilient and proactive approach is essential for a successful 1:1 Learning Support professional.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are required.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs is essential.
