SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bishops Stortford

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support the needs of an individual student with severe social and communication difficulties and challenging behavior, helping them develop essential skills for a more independent future.

The Role
You will offer behavioral guidance, supporting through moments of anxiety and frustration with a calm, patient approach. You will support the student with literacy, numeracy, and other classwork, assisting the class teacher with maintaining a calm, purposeful environment.
