Hours: 19 hours 10 minutes and 14 hours 10 minutes

Location: Blakedown CE Primary School

The Governors are seeking to appoint a caring, positive and experienced teaching assistant, who is patient, good humoured and highly motivated to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on building a trustful relationship and in supporting the all-round needs of a Reception child with an EHCP for speech and language and physical needs. There are two roles, one for the morning and the other for the afternoon so that this child is supported across the day by two people. The right candidates will need to communicate well together to ensure a consistency of approach. They should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a real interest and commitment in supporting the development of the whole child. The candidate should be someone who enjoys working with children with a range of needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups and has experience of doing this to get the best out of the children they are supporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
