1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism
Full Time | Bethnal Green | September 2026 Start | £95–£105 PAYE
At Rising Hope Education, we believe the right adult can change a child's entire experience of school.
We're seeking a caring, patient, and nurturing Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a bright, inquisitive, and energetic 5-year-old boy with autism who will start Year 1 in September at a mainstream primary school in Bethnal Green.
This little boy is verbal, follows instructions, and loves music—especially guitar. He thrives with the right support and nurturing environment.

The Role
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- September 2026 start date with trial days available immediately
- Opportunity to spend time in the school before summer holidays for familiarisation
What We’re Looking For
A dedicated, compassionate Teaching Assistant with the following qualities:
- Experience (or strong willingness) in supporting children with autism and SEND
- A calm, patient, and consistent approach to guidance
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children
- A passion for making a positive, life-changing impact for children

Compensation
- £95–£105 per day (PAYE), dependent on experience
