SEND Tutors, Mentors & Support Workers – Wokingham Expansion

Quantum Scholars is scaling its team across Wokingham to meet rising demand for Alternative Provision and EOTAS support. Join us as we support young people who thrives in personalised, non-traditional education, offering roles such as:

  • SEND Tutors
  • Mentors
  • Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
  • Teaching Assistants
  • Behaviour Mentors
  • Youth Workers
  • Support Workers

Sept 2026 marks a significant expansion, with ongoing opportunities now available in Wokingham and adjacent areas.


About Quantum Scholars

We empower children and young people who require bespoke, non-classroom learning support. Our learners often have complex needs, including:

  • SEND
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
  • Autism
  • ADHD
  • Trauma/Anxiety

Primary and secondary-aged 1:1 support may take place in:

Flexible working hours — from part-time to full-time, based on availability and referrals.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience or passion for working with children/youth in high-need environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong caring, patient demeanour with an open mind to diverse approaches
  • Consent or ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS Check
  • Mobility within Wokingham area (and surrounding areas)
