Quantum Scholars is scaling its team across Wokingham to meet rising demand for Alternative Provision and EOTAS support. Join us as we support young people who thrives in personalised, non-traditional education, offering roles such as:

About Quantum Scholars

This role is ideal for professionals seeking to move beyond traditional education settings, offering 1:1 support to rebuild confidence, develop self-reliance, and foster positive engagement with learning.
Primary and secondary-aged 1:1 support may take place in:
- Local community locations
- Student homes
- Online sessions
Flexible working hours — from part-time to full-time, based on availability and referrals.
The Role
Our focus is 1-on-1 bespoke support, creating opportunities for young people to progress through:
- Confidence Building
- Positive Behaviour Development
- Routine Practice
- Re-Engagement with Education

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience or passion for working with children/youth in high-need environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong caring, patient demeanour with an open mind to diverse approaches
- Consent or ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS Check
- Mobility within Wokingham area (and surrounding areas)
