Job Description

Learning Hive is partnering with Lincolnshire County Council to provide high-quality tuition of the core subjects to young people in your area. We are looking for SEND experienced tutors who can deliver face-to-face in a community.

Our students are typically not in a school setting for various reasons. We require experienced tutors who can deliver to students who may be vulnerable, disengaged, at-risk, or have a variation of learning needs.

If you have a passion for working with students with SEND and want to be part of an environment where you can make a positive impact, then this job is for you.

Learning Hive offers competitive rates and rewards committed staff.

At Learning Hive, safeguarding is of utmost importance as we align our values with the keeping children safe in education policy and require all of our tutors to go through extensive safeguarding training.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
