What you need

  • Proven experience tutoring learners in an educational setting, a structured tutoring environment, or strong relevant teaching/learning support experience.
  • Subject knowledge aligned to your tutoring offer (e.g., English, Maths, Verbal/Non-Verbal Reasoning, Science).
  • Exceptional communication and personality, with a natural ability to build trust, rapport, and independent learning strategies with students.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
  • A DBS certificate (or a willingness to obtain one, particularly for in-person delivery).
  • The flexibility to plan, adapt, and differentiate learning activities to meet diverse learner needs and setting priorities.
  • A reliable, professional mindset with excellent conduct suitable for recording progress updates and collaborating with school contacts.
