Job Summary
Embark on a dynamic career path with this internship in Corporate & Leveraged Finance at a prestigious global bank. This role is a gateway for graduates to immerse themselves in high-stakes finance, working on large-cap transactions and gaining exposure to a broad range of financial practices and global markets.
Key responsibilities are; but not limited to:
- Market and Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business sectors and transactional pricing to assess potential leveraged finance issuers.
- Support in Pitching: Assist in crafting marketing materials and pitches tailored for both private equity and corporate clients.
- Financial Modelling: Engage in detailed financial modelling of transactions to support decision-making processes.
- Legal and Documentation Review: Work alongside the legal team to review confidentiality agreements and draft summaries for new business opportunities.
- Client Onboarding and Monitoring: Handle KYC processes and use Crédit Agricole's monitoring tools for data entry, updates, and reviews.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring trading developments of portfolio companies, processing waiver requests, and drafting credit applications and annual review papers.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior management and collaborate with various teams across the business.

Minimal Education Level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic Qualification / Speciality
Must possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably demonstrating a strong grasp of numeracy.
