Job Summary
Are you a recent graduate with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? We are seeking an Intern for our Macro Structuring team who is ready to apply their core competencies in analytical thinking, creativity, and teamwork to real-world financial challenges.
Position Summary
As an Intern in Macro Structuring, you will support our senior structurers in London, focusing on innovative financial solutions for our Financial Institutions (FIs) clients. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial markets, working directly with sales, trading, and other key departments to drive the development and implementation of structured products.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Product Support:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of marketing materials for both external client meetings and internal strategy discussions.
- Work alongside sales teams to develop product solutions, including pricing strategies and client pitches.
- Collaborate with trading and other desks to analyse pricing and the impact of market changes on product offerings.
- Product Development:
- Contribute to the innovation and development of new products by quickly responding to market demands and regulatory changes.
- Participate in the creation of new pricing tools and models to enhance our product offerings.
- Education and Communication:
- Help educate the sales team on using advanced pricing systems and keep them updated on new features and market developments.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of financial solutions.

Candidate criteria
Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
- Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience
- Previous internships in Fixed Income Structuring or Non-linear trading within a primary Investment Bank are highly desirable
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in structured products and XVA pricing/systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and another European language besides French is desirable.
