About us: Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK. Due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for: We're seeking Traffic Management Operatives with relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
Experience Required
All candidates must have experience in one or more of the following positions:

Key Responsibilities
This role may include:
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management sites, ensuring compliance with NHSS (National Highways Safety Standards).
- Reporting near misses, incidents, or observations to site or operation managers.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
- Ensuring a safe and effective team environment to meet optimum output and high operational standards.
- Strict compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
- Full awareness and adherence to provided RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement).
- Safely managing unloading/loading of vehicles containing traffic management equipment.
- Following all safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and promptly reporting any plant or vehicle defects.

Required Skills & Experience
- Lantra-approved Traffic Management qualifications (for qualified roles; training provided for candidates with relevant potential).
- Willingness to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
