About the Role

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management sites in strict compliance with NHSS (National Highways Safety Scheme).
- Reporting near-misses and communicating hazards to site or operations managers.
- Accurately reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
- Ensuring safe, efficient collaboration within the team to meet required output standards.
- Enforcing full compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act.
- Strict adherence to job-specific RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Safe management of vehicle loading/unloading for traffic equipment.
- Adherence to all outlined safety protocols and method statements.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks, reporting any plant or vehicle defects.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Lantra-approved Traffic Management qualifications essential.
- Must pass a drugs and alcohol test.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK status.
- Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
