Role Overview
Seeking experienced Traffic Management Operatives for opportunities with leading clients in the field. Candidates must meet one or more of the following criteria:

Duties (12AB General Operative)
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic management sites in compliance with NHSS guidelines
- Report near misses and communicate concerns to site or operation managers
- Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment to maximise productivity and deliver high-quality operations
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Adhere to provially RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements)
- Safely manage vehicle loading/unloading of traffic management equipment
- Follow all safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Lantra-approved Traffic Management Certification ✔ Drugs & Alcohol Test (passing) ✔ Right to Work in the UK ✔ Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
