Key Responsibilities
We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience targeting the following roles:

Principal Traffic Management Operative Responsibilities
- 12AB General Operative
- Set up, maintain, and remove Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS
- Report near misses and issues relevant to site or Operation Managers
- Be proficient in reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings
- Ensure the team operates safely and effectively to achieve high output and quality standards
- Maintain compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Comply with provided RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
- Safely manage the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment
- Follow safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements
- Perform daily vehicle & plant checks, reporting defects

Requirements & Qualifications
- Lantra Approved Traffic Management Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- Full UK Driver’s Licence (with no more than 6 penalty points)
