Role Overview
Join one of the leading Traffic Management clients as an Operative. This must be held alongside site experience in one of the following roles:

Required Experience: 12AB General Operative
Typical duties include:
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
- Reporting near misses and any concerns to Site or Operations Managers.
- Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
- Ensuring safe and effective teamwork to achieve optimal operational efficiency while maintaining high standards.
- Full compliance with Health & Safety at Work regulations.
- Awareness and adherence to the provided Risks Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS).
- Safely managing the loading/unloading of TME vehicles.
- Following daily vehicle checks, reporting any plant or vehicle defects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Lantra-approved Traffic Management qualifications.
- Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Test.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Full UK driver’s licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
