Requirements for Operatives
We are seeking operatives with prior Traffic Management experience—this is an opportunity to join one of the leading Traffic Management clients in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management sites in compliance with NHSS.
- Leading site daily briefings.
- Applying a competent understanding and implementing the "Raising the Bar" document.
- Reporting near misses to the TSCO (Traffic Safety Confined Officer) or Operation Managers.
- Collaborating securely with team members to ensure consistent adherence to high-quality work standards.
- Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
- Facilitating efficient teamwork to achieve optimum project output while meeting operational quality requirements.
- Strict compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
- Adherence to provided RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Ensuring safe vehicle unloading/loading of traffic management equipment.
- Following safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements.
- Completing Risk Assessments when required.
- Daily vehicle/equipment checks and defect reporting.
- Honouring Lantra-approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
