Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
- M1 / M2 Operative
Scope of Role
Qualified M1/M2 Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties May Include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights in required roads.
- Managing the traffic flow at the temporary traffic lights, ensuring the public adhere to them.
- Reporting any necessary details to the site or operations manager.
- Exhibiting reliability and dependability with a positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
- Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
- Setting up traffic lights.
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
- Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimal output and the required quality.
- Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
- Being aware and compliant with the provided Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS).
- Helping with the unloading/loading of materials.
- Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Reporting plant and vehicle defects.

Skills & Experience
- Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
- Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence (with no more than 6 points)
