Job Requirements
We seek Operatives and drivers with experience in traffic management. This is a career opportunity to join one of our leading clients within the industry.
All candidates must possess experience in:
- M5 Operative
- 12D M5 Lantra Approved Qualification

Scope of Role
Operatives will work with both the company’s direct labour and sub-contract labour, with key responsibilities including:
- Ensuring work adheres to targets and deadlines
- Duties may include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads as required
- Managing traffic flow at temp traffic lights to ensure public compliance
- Reporting any necessary updates to site/operations managers
- Maintaining reliability, dependability, and a positive work attitude
- Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
- Staying within time scales for traffic management installations/removals
- Operating traffic lights and assisting with diverting traffic flow
- Ensuring team safety and efficiency for optimal output and quality
- Assisting with unloading/loading materials

Health & Safety Requirements:
- Compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Awareness and adherence to Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and RAMS
- Safe working practices per Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Reporting plant & vehicle defects
Additional Certification & Eligibility
- Must be able to pass a drugs & alcohol screening test
- Must hold the ‘Right to Work’ in the UK
- Must be a team player
