Job Opportunity: Operatives & Drivers with Traffic Management Experience

Requirements
All candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

Operatives will work with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines.
Key Duties Include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights on roads as required
- Managing the traffic flow at temporary traffic lights ensuring the public complies
- Reporting necessary observations to a site or operations manager
- Must be reliable, dependable, and have a good attitude toward work
- Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
- Responsible for maintaining and removing traffic management within required timeframes
- Setting up traffic lights and assisting with traffic diversion
- Ensuring the team follows safe and effective practices to achieve optimal output
- Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Awareness and compliance with provided RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements)
- Assistance with unloading/loading materials
- Following safe working practices, outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Reporting plant & vehicle defects

Qualifications & Checks Required:
- 12D M5 Lantra Approved Qualification
- Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol Checks
- Valid right to work in the UK
